Strategy
There is no fixed timeline for definition phases but I highly believe in shorter sprints than
always just go for the long run. Faster processes also provide faster answers as to whether
something works in principle or not. You can always re-adjust and refine afterwards.

UX and UI Design
Here it is important to keep an eye on how quickly I want to be live with what. Some things
take longer, sometimes it makes sense to release a beta version first. There is no generally
valid solution, but there are empirical values. I am and remain an advocate of the fact that
it always makes sense to invest time in digital brand building. Because that's how good
working solutions stick extra.
